Areas USA is opening Zona Cocina at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) to provide travelers with freshly made sauces, salsas, guacamoles and other Tex-Mex fare in an hacienda-style setting.
A local favorite since opening in 2008, the new Zona Cocina is located in Terminal 1 by Gate F7 and focuses on fresh ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a nearly 4,000 square-foot dining room and bar.
“Zona Cocina offers fresh food, great drinks and a spectacular guest experience,” says Sergio Rodriguez, CEO for Areas in the United States. “We are thrilled to bring this great Tex-Mex restaurant to travelers at MSP.”
Zona Cocina is the 11th concept Areas now operates at MSP and will be quickly followed by the opening of Peoples Organic later this month.
