Denver International Airport (DEN) has opened four new airport outposts of local brands. The concepts, located in Concourse A near Gate A38 and operated by Mission Yogurt, include: Williams & Graham, a19th-century bookshop-themed speakeasy with airfield views; Tocabe, the nation’s only Native American-owned and operated fast-casual restaurant serving up Indigenous fare with a modern twist; The Bagel Deli, a Denver staple offering New York-style bagels, deli meats and toppings; and D Bar, offering chef-created food, drinks and desserts by local chefs Keegan Gerhard and Lisa Bailey.
“The opening of Williams & Graham, Tocabe: An American Indian Eatery, The Bagel Deli and D Bar kicks off DEN’s first new concessions openings for 2025,” said DEN CEO Phil Washington. “I am thrilled that DEN has added these four food and beverage concepts to our roster of offerings. We are continuing to elevate the traveler experience with local favorites.”
“We are truly honored to bring Williams & Graham to DEN at a time when hospitality matters more than ever. For over 13 years, we have been committed to creating warm and welcoming experiences, and this partnership enables us to share our dedication with even more guests,” said Williams & Graham bartender and proprietor Sean Keynon. “As a proud small business rooted in Denver, we are thrilled to represent our city’s vibrant hospitality scene by offering high-quality cocktails, delectable food, and delivering the genuine and heartfelt service that is the hallmark of Williams & Graham.”
“The Kaplan family is proud to continue our 58-year tradition of serving Denver by bringing The Bagel Deli to international travelers at DEN,” said Bagel Deli owners the Kaplan family. “Our love of quality food extends to this new venture, in partnership with Mission Yogurt and their other local dining favorites. “Having the privilege of bringing our brand of hospitality to a truly international audience at our home airport is a dream come true! We are so proud of the fact that DEN has chosen to feature the locally owned and operated dining scene of Denver at the airport,” added D Bar owners and chefs Keegan Gerhard and Lisa Bailey. “It’s very exciting that our local community can finally bring their D Bar favorites to friends and family across the globe. See you there!”
