HMSHost brings Lemon Grass, other food concepts to Sacramento

HMSHost Corp. has brought Lemon Grass, a casual eatery serving a combination of Vietnamese and Thai cuisines, to Terminal A at Sacramento International (SMF).
The company also introduced Quiznos, Saladworks, Zia, and three new Starbucks locations to the airport’s A and B terminals, as part of a concession upgrade.

“Our goal is always to provide a variety of food choices to our passengers so they have healthy and interesting things to eat in all of the terminals,” says Karen Doron, a spokeswoman for SMF.
HMSHost also renovated several sites, including the California Pizza Kitchen, Burger King, and Pyramid Ale House.
