HOUSTON AIRPORT SYSTEM SEEKING ON-CALL GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Houston Airport System (HAS) is seeking a qualified firm(s) through an RFP to provide comprehensive On-Call Guest Experience (GX) Management Consulting Services in support of the HAS Guest Experience Strategic and Programmatic Consultation and Professional Services to include Guest Experience Management and Action Planning; Performance Management and Quality Assurance; Guest Experience Training; Rewards and Recognition Programs; and Mystery Shopping for HAS. This is for services on an on-call basis for a contract term of five (5) years with two (2) one (1) year options.
