Donna Kopf has joined Tastes on the Fly as the company’s first director of culture and training. In this position Kopf will help employees develop skills that will enhance the customer experience. Kopf will also help foster a positive company culture.
Tastes on the Fly’s new training program will expand its proprietary management development program and its culture and heritage program.
Kopf’s last role was manager of training and consulting for Customer Service Experts. Previously, she was the lead trainer at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
