Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX) is now home to la Madeleine Country French Cafe.
The airport eatery, the first licensed location at a non-traditional venue, opened July 28 on Terminal 4. Licensed and locally operated by Grand Isle Yogurt, la Madeleine offers signature dishes such as its tomato basil soup, Caesar salad, strawberries Romanoff and French pastries; there will also be grab-and-go items from which to choose, including yogurt parfaits, sandwiches, salads and mini-desserts.
“La Madeleine continues to explore expansion opportunities to share our French cafe experience with new guests across the country,” says Phil Costner, la Madeleine president and chief operating officer. “Our cafes offer a unique choice within airports, and we’re excited to bring Phoenix residents and travelers our fresh, authentic French cuisine in a convenient setting.”
