Be Relax locations at Boston-Logan International (BOS), San Diego International (SAN) and Detroit Metropolitan (DTW) have received the 2017 Trip Advisor’s certificate of excellence award.
The certificate of excellence is earned based on quality and quantity of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months
“The customer journey is becoming increasingly dynamic and real-time; passengers like to share their experience on social media,” said Adeline Moya, vice president of business development for Be Relax. “These TripAdvisor certificates of excellence recognize our sincere efforts and motivate us to continue our award winning service to our guests.”
