Westfield Concession Management at Orlando International (MCO) has named Erwin Pearl its Retailer of 2008.
The award is based on scoring from mystery shoppers, evaluations of the store windows and in-store displays, attendance at the airport tenant meetings and positive customer acknowledgements for service.
“Erwin Pearl could not be more excited to be selected for this award, especially after receiving the same recognition at the Atlanta Airport,” says Art Minson, executive vice president of Erwin Pearl. “I’d like to thank our dedicated store managers and sales consultants for making this possible. Our goal is to continue to provide the very best service and thus be the very best within the specialty retail category.”
The company will be given a plaque at the next Westfield tenant meeting, Minson says.
The store is located pre-security in the Grand Hall.
