The Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport.
The Port of Seattle invites submittals from established and responsible business entities that have demonstrated expertise in the development and operation of stores or restaurants that would be a good fit for the award-winning airport dining and retail program at Sea-Tac Airport.
Interested business entities will be required to participate in a competitive process by submitting a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Request For Proposal (RFP) materials released by the Port of Seattle on March 2, 2018. The Port will provide an opportunity for interested entities to tour the airport terminal to view the locations available for lease, as well as, conduct an informational session for those businesses. The information session and site tour will take place on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. Site tour only, will take place on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the airport conference center.
