Aviation and Parking Management Director

The Aviation and Parking Management Director position is an outstanding career opportunity to manage and oversee San Francisco International Airport’s property portfolio consisting of approximately 150 tenants including airlines, aviation support companies, and government agencies. Reporting to the Chief Business and Finance Officer, the Aviation and Parking Management Director manages a staff of approximately 15. This position will be lead negotiations for new leases and use agreements between the Airport and the airlines as well as develop planning strategies to address various space allocations needs during the Airport Development Plan Implementation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in airline operations management, airline property management, or airport property management including two years of supervisory experience. Qualifying experience must include lease negotiations and constructing business transactions with a legal, contractual relationship between parties. The annual salary range is $136,994 to $174,850.
