Cassie Nelson has been named the new vice president of food and beverage operations at Paradies Lagardère. In this role Nelson will bolster the company’s growth strategies by identifying and executing initiatives both within the company and in the field.
Nelson comes to Paradies Lagardère with more than 20 years of experience with The McDonald’s Corp. Starting as an hourly crew member, Nelson climbed in the corporation’s ranks to hold positions such as vice president of franchising and operations and vice president and general manager of the Heartland region. More recently, Nelson was a joint venture partner with Bloomin’ Brands and Carrabba’s Italian Grill restaurants. She earned her bachelor’s of arts from the University of Kansas.
