The Greater Toronto Airport Authority invites the submission of proposals by qualified businesses to licence, develop and operate a Luggage Retail & Baggage Storage location at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The goals of our retail program are to:
- Provide First-Class service and a broad variety of merchandise and services to travelers and Airport users
- Provide enhanced quality and value to Airport consumers
- Provide innovative retail, personal, and business service concepts with broad customer appeal
- Increase the friendliness and convenience of the Airport to passengers, visitors, and enhance the image of the Airport
- Promote store concepts, themes, and products identified with Toronto
- Optimize concession revenues to the Airport
