A new flower shop is brightening things up in the passenger meet-and-greet area of the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International (LAX).
A local florist based five miles from the airport provides the flowers, which include roses, carnations, bouquets, and seasonal flowers and arrangements.
“There is just no nicer way to be welcomed to LAX than with a bouquet of
fresh, locally grown flowers or perhaps just a single, perfect red rose,” says Gina
Marie Lindsey, Los Angeles World Airports executive director. “I think
Hudson has delivered admirably.”
Freddie Molina, Hudson’s regional vice president for LAX, says the flowers are delivered to the airport every day and kept under refrigeration.
“All associates at Petals, including managers, are trained by the florist on the care and presentation of flowers to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases,” he says.
The 36-foot kiosk is open every day from 7 a.m. to midnight.
