The Airport Commission has commenced the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Shoeshine Service Lease.
The Lease comprises four shoeshine locations in Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The Lease term is five years with one two-year option. The annual rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee, set at $27,500.00 for the initial year, or five percent (5%) of Gross Revenues. Small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
