Request for Proposals, Wireless Technology Concession Services, Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport

The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Aviation Administration (MDOT MAA) is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) MAA-RFP-18-003 to Establish, Operate & Maintain A Next Generation Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Airport Wide Wi-Fi System & Other Wireless Technology Concession Services at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall).

All interested proponents are invited to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time), May 24, 2018, at BWI Marshall Airport, Assembly Rooms A & B, Third Floor Terminal Building, BWI Airport MD 21240-0766. Attendance is recommended as a source of information; however, attendance is not mandatory. MAA encourages Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to respond to this solicitation.

Interested proponents are encouraged to register for this opportunity at MDOT MAA’s website at: http://www.marylandaviation.com/bids.html. Failure to register may waive proponent’s right to receive direct notification of addenda and other information released regarding the RFP. The RFP can be downloaded at MDOT MAA’s website at: http://www.marylandaviation.com/bids.html.

Technical Proposals will be received on behalf of MDOT MAA by the Director, Office of Commercial Management, MDOT MAA. Respondents should prepare responses in accordance with the requirement for submission set forth in the RFP under Section VI, Technical Proposal Format and Content. RFP submissions must be delivered in person, by mail service or by courier service and received by:

Note:  For Submissions sent by courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.), omit the P.O. Box in the above address.

All responses must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. (EST), July 25, 2018. RFP responses received after 4:00 p.m. on July 25, 2018 may not become part of the RFP process.
