As part of our aggressive growth plan, we are looking for a highly experienced Director of Store Operations, a proven, hands-on performer to provide direction, leadership, and training to our General Managers and store teams, and ensure that our performance goals are not only met, but exceeded. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
•10+ years of increasingly responsible, multi-location airport retail-management experience.
•Demonstrated ability to identify and retain top talent, and assess, develop and lead others.
•Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
•Travel more than 50% of the time.
Compensation includes performance and incentive bonuses as well as excellent benefits.
